Weekly Dinner Plan #10

Cheddar Chive Beignets

Since I published the last meal plan we have taken a major nose dive with our weekly eating habits. This involves some terrible stretches of weeks where we eat Little League Snack Shack hot dogs for dinner two or more times a week after late games, plus Taco Bell after late practices. I'm currently researching family-friendly health spas where we can all detox and shed our digestive tracts of the many nasty meat-like meals we've eaten. (Not really, but we are gross).

It's interesting to consider that the more sports my children do, the worse I feed them. It's a thing I'm trying to fix, one reason I'm back on here. Trying to cook them real food seems to require a very specific plan, otherwise when I decide I can just "wing" it, I DoorDash Wingstop.

As is often the case here - you may see I am a devout Bon Appetitian. Sometimes I hear people groan about Bon Appetit and they swear the recipes are way too hard. That is just not true. As possibly the laziest person I know - take my word, if you make sure you have all the ingredients first and an empty bladder YOU CAN DO THIS.

Sunday: Chicken Milanesa with Magi Ranch Sauce from Bon Appetit.

This is a hugely popular dish at my house, and really not difficult. Promise.
