Monday: Roasted chicken and carrots over tomato basil farro (or other grain or quinoa)
Tuesday: Sour cream noodle bake
Wednesday: Udon noodle soup in soy giner broth with egg yolk
Thursday: Bruschetta lentil and quinoa (or brown rice) bowls
Friday: Steak salad with onion rings

Sunday: Sunset Magazine's Smokey Beef and Bacon Chili and Cornbread
Monday: Squash and Cashew Curry over rice - I plan to puree or mash the squash to make it saucier and less identifiable as squash.
Tuesday: Steak and Panisses (Chickpea fries), salad
Wednesday: Lentil cakes and roasted sweet potatoes over kale
Thursday: Shrimp and Grits, green beans
Friday: Pizza?
