Monday: Squash and Cashew Curry over rice - I plan to puree or mash the squash to make it saucier and less identifiable as squash.
Tuesday: Steak and Panisses (Chickpea fries), salad
Wednesday: Lentil cakes and roasted sweet potatoes over kale
Thursday: Shrimp and Grits, green beans
Friday: Pizza?
