Thanksgiving cocktails anyone?

What are we making this week?  I'm looking to add something to my sad little alcohol collection.  What is your must have alcohol for fun fancy holiday cocktails? 

P.S. No need to incorporate squash in this one

    St germain elderflower liquer! Alone! With gin! Splash if lemon! Or other tart fruit juice!

    are you saying it is best enjoyed alone in silence away from angry family members? or alone in a glass free of mixers?
