Zucchini pesto

Cuisinart you stole my heart.

2 zucchini
1 giant bunch of spinach
5 cloves garlic
1 cup raw almonds
2 cups Parmesan cheese
1 tbsp salt
add olive oil till smooth

Green yummy-ness

  1. ok, i've been told the garlic was a tad overwhelming. you may want to scale that back.

  2. oh crap yes, loads of it, just added it till i got desired texture. will change the recipe to include that. sometimes olive oil is as necessary to me in cooking as the pan.
